What We Do - We make your public safety vision a reality.
We work with you to define requirements, produce industry-leading designs, select skilled installers and manage implementation through to handover and beyond.
Why choose us?
Our team of security consultants have the technical background, licensing, training and experience to design the right solution for you.
CCTV systems are not a dark art. We use our technical foundations and experience to explain CCTV systems in terms even the least technical stakeholders can understand. At the same time, we absolutely love diving deep into the technology with your ICT, network, cloud or cyber-security teams.
Whilst we have an understanding of cameras, networks, software and computer systems that could be applied to many fields, we have made the conscious decision to specialise in CCTV systems for public safety. We are fortunate to have a wealth of experience supporting organisations with the same problems, funding & governance structures to your organisation.
We do not sell or install CCTV systems, so our advice is based solely on what is best for your organisation.
We are problem solvers - no matter the scale or complexity.

Requirements Documentation
We work closely with you to understand your system requirements and to document the expectations of all stakeholders.
After meeting with you, we will build your requirements document ready for sign off. This is the standard against which the rest of the project will be measured.
Your requirements may include considerations for some of the below:
- CCTV coverage and visibility
- Performance and reliability of CCTV systems (SLAs)
- Tighter partnerships with police and other partners
- Video analytics, ANPR and automated alerts
- CCTV system access - authentication and auditing
- Real-time monitoring centre - 24x7 or during peak times
- Improvements in processes to support reduction in crime
- Ongoing maintenance and support
- System lifecycle planning
- Compliance with privacy laws, CCTV policies and signage
Current State Audit
If you have an existing system, we will review it against your requirements to identify gaps. We can also create comprehensive as-built documentation if required.
Most systems are not fully documented or understood, this step is critical to enable future expansion.
We will conduct a number of site visits, review existing documentation and access your system to:
- Evaluate the coverage, quality and effectiveness of the current CCTV system
- Identify shortcomings against your requirements, whether system-wide or individual cameras
- Document the types and locations of existing cameras, the quality of recorded footage, storage capacity and any issues encountered
- Provide visual documentation through maps or diagrams that show camera placement and coverage areas
- Assess the compliance with relevant policies, laws, regulations and industry best pratices. Including privacy and cybersecurity
Future State Recommendations & Design
We will make strategic recommendations and produce a technical design pack to meet your requirements.
Following site visits and stakeholder collaboration we will produce your Future State Recommendations and Design.

- Aerial camera positioning, install location and field of view
- Technical specifications of new cameras
- Considerations for power, network and installation requirements
- Technical network design leveraging industry best practices

- Video analytics and integrations architecture
- High-Level implementation timelines and next steps
- An easy-to-follow design pack - for all stakeholders
- Revisions and presentations with stakeholders as required
- Budgetary cost estimates for implementation of the design, regardless of which vendor you move forward with
